We have so many blackberries on the property. We literally have acres of the fruit bearing plant. While we are fighting off the blackberries from the house site, we have dedicated areas from them the flourish. I plan on creating rows of wire fence to train the vines to climb. It will make it much easier to pick the berries in a few years. We also have giant grapevines climbing all over the forest. We found a giant loop that we are calling the ‘mother’ vine.

ooh, i’ll have to get around to taking a pic of our wild grape a neighbor’s kiddo discovered the fallen fruit of. tough, bitter skin. it was funny that ours was discovered a week or two after another neighbor (who’s been on their property since 1999) discovered that they had wild grapes in abundance.
thanks for letting me chime in my own stuff from the opposite coast!! *lol*
